BirthDeathProblem.set_solution(solution, *, overwrite=False, **kwargs)

Set a solution to the OT problem.

Parameters:

• solution (Union[ndarray[tuple[int, ...], dtype[floating]], Array, DataFrame, BaseDiscreteSolverOutput]) – Solution for this problem. If a DataFrame is passed, its index must be equal to adata_src.obs_names and its columns to adata_tgt.obs_names.

• overwrite (bool) – Whether to overwrite an existing solution.

• **kwargs (Any) – The description is missing.

Returns:

: Self and updates the following fields:

• solution - the OT solution.
