moscot.utils.data.proliferation_markers(organism)[source]¶

Get proliferation markers for a selected organism.

Parameters:

organism (Literal['human', 'mouse']) – Organism for which to select the marker genes. Human markers come from [Tirosh et al., 2016], mouse markers come from [Tirosh et al., 2016].

Return type:

List[str]

Returns:

: Proliferation markers for organism.
